MODULE OVERVIEW
Understanding systems analysis is essential for two reasons: (1) as managers and potential managers, adult learners need to understand how their organizations function as complex systems. This not only helps them perceive how things work, but also contributes to more effective decision making and problem-solving; (2) they need to understand systemic and multiple causes of problems and the systemic impact and consequences of organizational structures and decisions. They may tend to see problems as single issues rather than systemic issues. |
